Santa will be at Salem Christmas Tree Farm from 9.30am until dusk every weekend from the weekend of 17th-18th November until we close at dusk on Christmas Eve 24th December 2007. Groups of children may be able to visit Santa at other times by prior arrangement (contact us).
Digital photos of your child & Santa are available at cost.

Complaints Handling Procedure
Should you have cause to complain (and we sincerely hope that you don't) we will deal with any complaints received fairly and confidentially. Please put any complaint in writing either by e-mail, or post to Salem Christmas Tree Farm, Customer Service Dept, Bryn-Maen, Salem, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire, SA19 7LU.
Acknowledgement of any complaint will be made within 5 working days, and a likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be given. You will be kept informed of progress.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
